Rojan Commercial Real Estate was founded in 1960. Since then, four generations of the Aerenson family have worked in this business. For more than 60 years, Rojan CRE has acquired, developed, and managed commercial developments. We currently lease more than 400,000 square feet. Additionally, Rojan has developed many residential communities—totaling more than 1,500 dwellings—in collaboration with local and national builders, including Toll Brothers, NV/Ryan Homes, and K Hovnanian. Today, Rojan is renowned for its high standards for integrity, honesty, and loyalty.
