The Aerenson family has been serving tenants, landlords, and businesses throughout Delaware and the surrounding states as the principals of Rojan Commercial Real Estate since 1960. We currently own and manage more than 400,000 square feet of commercial real estate throughout the region and have been responsible for developing several commercial projects in addition to a number of residential housing communities. Our current portfolio features more than 20 shopping centers and stand-alone retail properties. Our customer-focused team assists both local small businesses and national tenants. We have the deep expertise necessary to manage all phases of the complex development process, including site selection, property acquisition, site planning, architectural coordination, governmental approvals, financing, and construction. As property managers, we have a proven track record for sustaining above market occupancy levels with diverse tenant mixes.
